The snow began here this morning at nine. At the same time Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse in Minneapolis, who came to the aid of a woman that ICE agents were assaulting. He was subsequently tackled, pushed to the ground, piled upon, beaten and then shot multiple times by about half-a-dozen federal agents. Later, I learned that Pretti was carrying a gun. He had a concealed carry license and does not appear to have used it to threaten any ICE agents. Subsequently, ICE began spinning these events. They evacuated the scene leaving the crime scene to the crowd that had gathered. Once ICE fled tensions began to ease and a peaceful protest followed. State and federal law enforcement are at odds; the scene is contaminated and uncontrolled, leaving in doubt any future investigation.
Meanwhile, here in the Lou the snow continues to fall. We are forecasted for up to a foot by tomorrow. It is quiet here. One neighbor could not wait and has cleared his walks, but with more, if not most of the snow yet to come, I can wait. It should be pretty by tomorrow morning.
What news station are you watching? When an officer tells you to move you move you don’t give him shit.
KARE
I think the state of Minnesota has changed so much from the beautiful state it used to be when I hauled weekly out of Maple Plains. Pretty sad actually.
I think that it would be a lot better if Trump and his goons left it the fuck alone.
I prefer my taxes not to go to groups of illegals, so there’s that. Enjoy your Sunday.
