Pink Cone Flowers at Jardin Botanique de Montreal

We arrived in Montréal last night, where we are staying at the Hotel de l’Institut, the school in Québec for hotel and hospitality management. It is very modern and the service is excellent. We stayed here before; when we were in town seven years ago and loved it so much that now we’re back again. Today, we bicycled over to the botanical gardens and toured them along with the neighboring insectarium. It has been very hot here, almost Saint Louis hot. Biking in Montréal is great. We rode separated bike paths most of the time. There was a lot of traffic, by which I mean other bicycles. We had dinner tonight at Café Cherrier, which offered a very French menu. It was magnifique!
