The New Leonor K Sullivan Blvd.

We just rode the MetroLink home from the grand opening of the new Leonor K Sullivan Blvd. Formerly called Wharf Street, Sullivan runs along the river at the base of the Arch. Sullivan along with the rest of the Arch is still undergoing a $380M renovation that is scheduled to be finished next year. The road has been elevated 7′ to reduce its flooding, but not eliminate it. One of its key new features is a bicycle path. We plan on riding it this weekend. Today’s party featured a 2000’ long table. Needless to say there was plenty of seating. We got dinner from one of the food trucks, Pnoy Kings, which features Filipino cuisine.
