Sorry Disney, but your lawyers can’t help you here:  Silly Symphony – The Three Little Pigs.  Copyright law was originally like patent law, after a certain number of years, any work became public domain.  It doesn’t work that way anymore.  Since the late thirties all Disney property has remained copyrighted.  I smell bacon!
