Years ago, for some reason Joanie brought her copper lawn ornament over to the house. I put it in the backyard, where it stood seemingly forever. Until one day Joanie asked for it back, but it was nowhere to be found. Maybe I threw it out? No. It had fallen down and was soon engulfed by weeds. Until this week. Araldo cleaned out the backyard. Practically taking everything down to the topsoil. Doing this he discovered Joanie’s rabbit. He had set it aside, where I found it and have left it on the back porch for her retrieval. What was lost, is now found. It is not white.
