Pictured are a hen and her four poults. The chicks are still quite young, but as they grow older, they will become jakes and jennies and then eventually morph into hens and gobblers. Yesterday, I saw the turkey moving through the woods. Only after I ran down to the beach to get this shot did I see the babies. By that time, they were all playing hide-and-seek with me in the grass.
