Here is a collection of photos from our realtor’s brochure for my parent’s house. They turned out quite well. They all look very professionally done. I am pleased.
Today, our realtor is holding an open house for all his other realtor buddies. I hope that he can excite at least one of them, or two. I am thinking bidding war.

WOW what a beautiful home and location, best of luck. Dad bought our family home for $12,000.00 a 3 bedroom on just over 1 acre and when they were both gone we had to sell it as well. My sister in law settled on an offer for $380,000.00 that we spilt 4 ways, now just over 6 years ago. They loved their 3 bedroom ranch, as did I. I just hated what MA had become so I stayed in my home in NH and didn’t buy out my brothers. One is in NH near me, one in West Palm Beach FL and the one who build his own log home over looking Lake Fontana in NC died just 5 months after mom.
My parent’s first house is still only five miles away. They bought it for $10K
My dump in NH was just given a $200,000.00 price jump from the town boy I can’t wait to see what they want for taxes 🙂
