We have formulated some travel plans. Next week, we will fly home to Saint Louis. We have some doctor’s appointments and other things that need to be done there. After a brief stay though, we will head west again. This time by car. It should be cheaper. Unlike our past trips, this one will be relatively straight through, trying to get back to Monterey as quickly as possible. I do not know how much longer my father has, but hopefully we can return in time. Then we wait. The visiting nurse association has been a godsend. I do not know how we could manage without them.
