Dan and Britt will let their Brooklyn five-floor walkup go today, after living there for the past two years rent free. Today, Dan will meet the landlord’s rep and turn over the keys. They have successfully moved all their stuff to Queens. In less than a week, we will be in NYC too, on our way to Boston. Don’t worry, we’ve got a hotel, so as not to inconvenience the young’uns. It will be good to see them both again. It will be good to get on the road again. We will leave warming weather here at home, but that warmup should follow us east. I look forward to trying out our new Fast Pass device. It is supposed to handle our tolls, but I guess that they got hacked, because right after we had signed up for it, we started getting trolled with spam texts telling us that we have unpaid tolls. The fact that these text messages originated in the Philippines is not at all suspicious. We are not alone in getting these messages. This is fraud and is something that the Missouri attorney general Andrew Bailey should be addressing, but I guess that he is too busy suing Starbucks for being too woke for his lily-white ass.
