The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is a University of Alaska Fairbanks program which researches the ionosphere. Or so I have been told. What almost no one is saying though is that in reality HAARP is a deep state, deep freeze weapon and it is aimed right at the heart of America. According to hard hitting investigative journalist Dr. Laura Loomer, HAARP is being activated now to derail Donald Trump in Monday’s Iowa caucus. Nikki Haley with her close ties to the military-industrial complex has orchestrated this election interference. Unfortunately, HAARP is not a precision weapon. First the Midwest and then the Eastern US will have to suffer this horrible attack. 😉
