It has been a party hearty 4th of July holiday for us. we enjoyed a cookout on Sunday, a potluck on Monday and dining out at the Wicked Sister for Tuesday. For the potluck I made a cantaloupe and avocado salad. Its most important ingredient was fennel seed though. Today, we showed off the beach to some friends from Ann Arbor and lucked out to get some decent weather for the event.
