Stephanie Liner’s “Momentos of a Doomed Construct” was at Craft Alliance in Grand Center in January of this year. She uses the variant spelling for memento. We saw the show during First Night and I’ve been meaning to post about it, but haven’t got around to it until now. Covered with colorful fabrics these gorgeous ‘eggs’ are reminiscent of Fabergé eggs. Included in the gallery is one of David Nevala’s photos that hint at a performance art aspect to the show.
