Four years ago, Donald Trump and his minions attempted to violently take over our country. If not for the same incompetence that marked the entirety of his presidency, this outrage might have succeeded. The only thing that saved us from this abomination was their ineffectiveness. Today, marks the anniversary of this event, and as we have learned nothing, our country is prepared to do it all over again. Maybe the weather gods, with their Jewish space lasers can conjure a blizzard or something to forestall today’s catastrophe, but in the event that that unlikely event does not appear I am prepared to face four more years of this evil imbecile’s reign.  Like that recent New Orleans terrorist attacker, this joker is driving a truck whose windshield is thickly encrusted with traffic citations. Yet his vehicle (surely a Hummer) manages to barrel ahead, plowing over six more mailboxes, five more crossing guards, four elderly scientists, three community activists, two trans kids and a solar panel. We can already survey the damage that he will cause and like before, mourning those lost under his watch.
