Used Broom For Sale

“It was only used by a little old lady to go to church. Excuse me, I mean quidditch practice.”, so said the advertisement that accompanied the above photo. Something about this advert didn’t ring true though. The broom pictured doesn’t look like a “Nimbus 2000”, even though that was the ad’s claim. This commercial sponsor was discovered by my Northern correspondent, Anne. Discerning readers might be able to puzzle out that the ‘old lady’ referred to would be Anne’s mother, my mother-in-law. Whoops, someone just turned me into a newt. 😳
