Anne and I rode the first day of this year’s MS-150 bicycle ride. We rode 75 miles together. We had fun both on the ride and after. More to follow later. Anne has something to add:
A peanut sat on the railroad track, his heart was all a-flutter,
along came the 6:15, ooey-gooey, peanut-butter.
Did Pooh take that record too?!?
Congratulations on the ride. I am guessing you will see this after the entire 150.
Wishing you good weather and a following wind.
No, I didn’t take that 45 rpm record. I did hear that song, or another one from the record on a CD or some such new-fangled technology when I was at the Early Childhood Center last week. I sang that ditty to Mark when we crossed a railroad track. He’s led such a sheltered life — it was new to him!

P.S. We only did the 43 low-mileage ride today, so only 118 miles total.
