We went to the Riverlands today, for a birding outing, but did not find any birds. It was an unseasonably warm day, with temps in the mid-sixties. It was a bit blustery, but overall, the pick day of the week. While not strictly true, because we did see a couple of Bald eagles, but they were too far away for pictures. For comfort, we went across the river into Alton for lunch. Our favorite eatery Just Desserts was not open, so we had to settle for Bluff City Grill.
