Yesterday, we went to Portsmouth, New Hampshire for the afternoon. At only an hour’s drive north, this nice tourist town made for a great little getaway. We had lunch at a restaurant there, on its deck, overlooking the river. I was going to order a lobster roll, thinking that it would be an inexpensive way to enjoy some lobster, but they wanted fifty bucks for one, which seemed too rich for my blood. After lunch, we walked around some more, looking at all of the trendy shops, in there quaint looking buildings. Eventually, we snatched up ice cream cones, before heading home again.
