New Years Eve

Condor Over the Colorado

Today, we finally hauled ourselves off the couch and out of the front door. It has been a few days since we last did this, what with weather conspiring against us. We drove over to Tower Grove Park for a walk. It was sunny, but cool. Little wind helped keep it from being too cold. I had brought the drone along and flew it for the first time since its near disastrous crash. I flew it without mishap, but my flight was cut short when a Red-tailed hawk arrived on the scene and seemed to take too keen an interest in my toy. That was all the aeronautics that occurred, but still it was good to get back in the saddle again. It was too cold to stand around and fly. We walked on, completing our usual circuit around the park. Tonight, will be a quiet night at home for us. There’s Covid, but tonight there is also a wintery mix. We wish you all a happier New Year.
