Anne in Desert Camo

Here you see Anne hiking up to Sunset Point, sporting a shirt and skirt combo all in desert camouflage colors. To her left are some hoodoos, the tallest one being called Thor’s Hammer. Anne has dubbed the three hoodoos to the left of that the Three Sisters. I wonder why? We’ve hiked down into the canyon twice now and back up again. Let’s not forget that part. It is cool and shady while wandering between the hoodoos in the morning, as you follow your winding trail. Then as you start the winding climb back up to the rim, the many switchbacks make you feel like you’re climbing Jacob’s ladder. Climbing, climbing, climbing Jacob’s ladder.
