Mama Am I Pretty?

Mama do you still love me? I am a Snapping Turtle. My shell is 12″ long, stem to stern. I think that I am pretty. At least that is what the boys say. I live in Pagoda Pond in front of the Muny. People throw food to me. I think I deserve it. I think that by the end of the Muny season I’ll be 18″. At that size I’ll be able to make Biker Boy swerve off the bike trail just like my grand-uncle.
